Re: Should the Pedia's move to a Different Financial Model

Then later, pay again in the future when you also update all the hardware, the system and the programs used. Just as if you stop using the program for a while, you can read and access the data with the la...

Re: DVDPedia and Antivirus Triggered; Probably Nothing
Thanks for the report. I have let Conor know. I did some research on this and looks like Apples own inbuilt security xprotect.yara and its associated YARA signatures was triggered https://support.apple.com/en-nz/guide/security/sec469d47bd8/web when it detected the GM.Adload.TA virus . Adload is its ...

Re: CDpedia Export to CSV with track information
This can be done, it all depends on how comfortable you are with coding HTML :D The text format provides three different options for export: tab delimited, comma delimited (CSV) or text format (.rtf, .xml or.txt). The tab and comma delimited formats are 'what you see is what you get' meaning they wi...

Re: CDpedia won't save
Check to ensure the Pedia is looking in the correct location for your database. Preferences > General > Data folder location: In normal operations the location should be: ~/Library/Application Support/********pedia and ALL those files I mention in Pedia Maintenance Practices, which you may find bene...

Re: CDpedia 7.0 Add Search Disappears
Are you running version 7 beta 306 ??
If not, update directly from https://bruji.com/beta/
Ignore that it says version 6 - it is the latest release version 7 beta 306.

The only tool I have mostly used for resizing and converting formats is macOS inbuilt Preview app. Simple and fast and of course free.

Re: Covers - size, what do you recommend?
The pedia's have been coded for the jpeg format at 72 DPI and it will automatically convert to that. Obviously if you start with a higher quality image you end up with a higher quality on down sizing. Quality in = Quality out or garbage in = garbage out Now having said that. That was in versions pri...

Should the Pedia's move to a Different Financial Model
When Conor & Nora return from their well deserved Hiatus , I think it is well worth our while, that is all us loyal fans of the these wonderful Pedia's, (over the top I know :D ) to discuss another type of financial model for the Pedia's. Several forum members have suggested that the Pedia's mov...
