Re: Kindle, iBook
I forget how awesome Bookpedia is. You are correct that it can read the information directly off the epub file. With more than half a million lines of code written I long ago forgot half the things The Pedias are capable of. Half a million lines of code - no wonder the Pedia's are such great progra...

Re: Kindle, iBook
The Kindle continue to remain quite unlikely due to the proprietary format. iBooks we have to update to make it less steps, but you should be able to import them by doing an XML export from iTunes under File->Library->Export and then dragging that file over Bookpedia dock icon to import it. Change Folder & File attributes/permissions
This won't answer all of your questions but I use a little free program called BatChmod by Lagente Software. to change folder and file attributes/permissions. The beauty with this program is that you not only can change a sinle file but a 'Batch' of files within a single Folder.

Note for other moderators using this template: if you add this to your template make sure you also set your Pedia Preferences to "Open link in external browser" and stop your browser from blocking pop-up windows since otherwise only the default US Amazon site will be opened. <a href="...

Re: DVDPedia advice for storing TV Series
As I'm in Australia and a lot of our DVDs have different UPCs I find that I get a match on about 3 in 10 when using my bar code scanner. I get another 3 in 10 by doing a search by title and I have to manually enter the data for about 4 in ten. So far I've found all the info I need on IMDB, and I've...

Re: Australian Book site Search Plugins
WOW - Thanks Conor for all of that instruction and Galaxy Plugin. Australian Book site Search Plugins
Though I am not too bad at HTML/CSS coding, cocoa/c++/object/xcode programming is obviously a bit beyond me. I downloaded your Sample Plugin and the Apple xcode app from the App store hoping I could hack into an existing book plugin. Well I could understand some of the principles in the Sample Plugi...

Abebooks Site Plug-in
Hi Team. When Adding a new title and a result is found at abebooks this is the link that comes up. How can I scrub clean Googles clickserve redirect service from this link or prevent it from happening? http://clickserve.cc-dt.com/link/tplclick?lid=41000000024810251&pubid=21000000000268482&re...

Sandboxing new Doghouse contributions
Is there some way Doghouse can 'Sandbox" new contributions till they have been moderated? I was just in the Doghouse movie home page and found these two entries staring at me: http://doghouse.bruji.com/movie/10899 and http://doghouse.bruji.com/movie/10886 Though I do not speak German the wrongn...
