Re: details view for multiple entries
Are we talking about the my rating star? It's not possible to hide those in either edit panel. Yes, the my rating star. Now that you pointed it out, I just noticed the stars under the artwork in edit panel for the single entry. Out of curiosity, why is it not possible to hide this? Why does it get ...

details view for multiple entries
One other question...
When editing multiple entries in the details view, I noticed that the stars for the rating always appear, even though I have that hidden/disabled for the details view. Is there a reason for this?
Thanks.

Re: linking to mkv in dvdpedia
Conor, Double-clicking opened .mkv files in VLC, and those files had the VLC icon all along. Nevertheless, I changed the default app to VLC in the Get Info pane as you suggested. Everything seems to be in order now. Thanks for your help. P.S. - Been a satisfied customer for 5+ years... maybe longer ...

linking to mkv in dvdpedia
I am using DVDpedia 5.1.10 from the Mac App Store. In the interest of conserving storage, my brother has begun to help me compress some of my lesser-watched VIDEO_TS folders into .mkv packages. In DVDpedia, I tried linking to one of these .mkv packages (which by default always open in VLC on my comp...

I feel like an idiot...
Double-clicked, installed in the Dropbox directory, restarted, works fine.
Sorry for the trouble.

Re: Batch edit/delete credits?
Ok, I put it inside the DVDpedia.app package, but still no go.
I noticed all the plugins inside the package are named "*.plugin". The file I downloaded is named "removecredits.pediaextras_d". Is that correct?

Re: Batch edit/delete credits?
Also, FYI, my database is stored in my Dropbox and accessed by 3 different computers... not sure if that's relevant, but I found the plugin directory in the DVDpedia folder in my Dropbox and put a copy of the plugin there. That did not work either after restarting DVDpedia. I've only tried this on m...

Re: Batch edit/delete credits?
Could this have something to do with the Mac App Store version? The plugin is in the correct directory. sort title field missing (DVDpedia)
I can't see it anywhere... It's not in the Add Edit Panel or Details View. I do have it selected to be shown in the preferences.

excluding movies from count in status bar
Without removing them from my main library, is there a way to exclude movies from the total count displayed in the status bar?
EDIT: Also, I should add that I do not want to exclude the disc count for these particular entries that I would be excluding from the movie/DVD count. Thanks.
