Thanks for the suggestion, it's something we would like to do. The program checks the modification date on the database before writing to it and reloads it if necessary. I personally have only tested concurrent access on a shared hard drive. iDisk works through WebDAV and looks like a hard drive to ...

It was a usage interface decision. We are hoping Amazon will make posting books and managing sales part of their web services so that we can better integrate it with the programs. However while we wait for that feature we added the sales tracking information to Bookpedia as it's a common usage of Bo...

Hi John, There is a send selection to iWeb command under the file menu. iWeb is a bit limited in what it will accept at the moment. But it does create a nice photo page with the covers and titles. Hopefully with the next iLife update or Leopard adding a formatted details page for each entry will be ...

Any of the sorted or alphabetically will work for this. if you create yo...

Also the advantages of using keywords comes in handy because I can read titles and authors from afar without having to ta...

The can be any URL, which means it can be a file, any kind, also a web page but you will have to be online. (We are working in incorporating a make web arch...

Thanks for pointing that out. Bookpedia does handle the dashes automatically. The problem here is the search is done by Spotlight, Bookpedia is never involved; Spotlight matches the ISBN field number. What I will have to do is also store the ISBN number with dashes in the Spotlight index so that it ...
