CDpedia- Update iTunes Tracks

I know I can set preferences to update iTunes tracks weekly. I thought there was also a way to do it manually (so I may do it more often) but can't seem to find it. Is there a way? Thanks.

You will find the command (refresh iTunes tracks) under the help menu.
