Print template of DVD Disk Covers

It would be good to be able to print out disk labels as well as DVD Keepcases using the information available. Has anyone developed a template?

For a DVD Keepcase print out, use the 'DVDKeepCase' or 'DVDKeepCasePortrait' templates found in the printing feature under the Templates tab.
