Adjust the Full screen mode???

Is it possible to ajust the "Full screen mode". I mean the line below the title. I'm new here and it would be great if someone could help me.

The information displayed under the title can't be changed, but the information displayed in the details view can be customized in the preferences under the fields tab, select "full screen details" from the pop up. Fields can be turned off and on and arranged in the order you would like to display them.
