CDPedia: Addtional fields

Would be nice to have fields for:
1. Catalog number (often different from UPC, especially on older recordings)
2. "Live" checkbox, and "Location" field for live recordings
3. "Limited Edition" checkbox
4. "Bootleg" checkbox
5. Country of origin (for the disc itself, not the artist or recording)
