Counter for selected DVDs

Hi,

like at the bottom of each window in the Finder, I'd like to see in DVDpedia, how many DVDs I currently have selected. Such a counter is especially useful to count DVDs.
This is a rather small-but-nice-to-have-Feature Request.

Did this ever get implemented? If so, how do I find it? This would REALLY be helpful, and it's an odd feature not to have. I know I can look at Statistics and figure it out from there, but can't it just be an optional preference for the status bar? I'd think it would be very easy to implement. Thanks!

Is there something so wrong with this request that it's never gotten a reply?

It's in the betas (change dvdpedia in the link to the other pedia names to download the others). It is tied to the total number of DVDs so you must display the "100 DVDs |" part of the footer. If your selection is more than one, then it will say "5 of 100 DVDs". It is not yet localized, so it will still say "of" in German.
