POCKET PEDIA AND CD PEDIA WON'T SYNC

Pocket pedia imported all 453 DVD's. All 831 books. All 2 games. But it won't import any cd's. It says synchronising... Requesting detailed entries information. It waits a few minutes then says no data received in two minutes. please try again by restarting ect. That is in version 4.3.1. I launch Version 4.3 and it works perfectly.
