Collection "summaries" (Total cost of books in a collection)

I often have to create lists of books to a specific budget (usually thousands of dollars) for my university. It would be a big help if I could see the total cost of the books I've assembled into a Bookpedia collection without exporting to Excel or similar software. I'm guessing this would be a fairly easy thing to implement (assuming it's not already in there and I've just missed it)?

Go into the Preferences/Style and check the boxes next to 'Spent' and 'Value' to get the total cost of your books shown at the bottom of the main window. These statistics depend on the information from the 'Paid' and 'Price' fields so make sure you have those filled in for your entries. (Spent corresponds to Paid; Value corresponds to Price.)

Ingenious, and thanks for the quick reply.
However, the math seems to be off, at least for books priced in yen. I have a collection with 112 books, all with yen prices. The most expensive book is 4926 yen, and the cheapest 1002 yen. But the value at the bottom of the window is "175.00" (no units stipulated), which is less even than one book within the collection.
Also, I've noticed that Bookpedia seems unable to sort accurately on price. The books that are more than 4000 yen cluster up above those that are between 3000 and 4000, and so on, but a closer look reveals that a 4124 yen book is listed above one at 4926 yen.
I've got a feeling I might still be missing something here!
