Evolution of TAGS

Post by millionairhead »

hey ho!

I've been using DVDpedia for a few months now, and I'm still surprised by the incredible amount of features this "small" piece of software offers. whenever I'm missing somehting – after a few clicks, I find out, the feature's already there!
Thanks to Nora and Conor! (you're the developers, right?)

Here's my whish for the future of DVDpedia:

Maybe there's a way to put more emphasis on the tagging-option... like, showing a "tag-cloud" with all words and phrases I used for tags - the more often one word appears, the bigger it appears on the screen.
just like last-fm does it!
I think tagging is the future. Everybody tags and rates everything on the web these days...

and... does anybody else think, the input-field for tags is to small?
it has only one line, but it should be three lines high, or more, or dynamic if you ask me...

however, I'm very happy with DVDpedia, the way it is!
greets from germany,
Martin

We been thinking about a tag clouds and want to add it to a future version. We had not thought about the possibility of making the tag field larger, thank you for the suggestion. Glad you are discovering all the secrets to DVDpedia and getting the most out of it.
