Smart Collection bug #2 in CDpedia 4.5.1

1. Create the Smart Collection "URL contains 'anything you like here' ". Ten items would be a nice size.
2. Select the Collection created in (1).
3. Select, say, the sixth item in the collection. Edit (Apple-E) this item.
4. Edit the URL field of the item so that it no longer matches the criteria from (1).
5. Click the right arrow (Next Item) button.
6. Observe that CDpedia moves to item #2, rather than the item following the selected item.
