would it be possible for Bookpedia to have an option to display the books dimensions not only in the imperial units but also in the metric units?

Thank you for the feedback. At the moment they are just text to the program and no translation is done, they are entered as originally given by the data source being used. We will consider adding the ability to store them as numbers and apply the default computer wide settings for display
