Damaged or incomplete

Post by filmsoncon »

Hey there- went to open DVDpedia tonight, which I use all the time, and got this message: "You can't open the application 'DVDpedia' because it may be damaged or incomplete." I still see a folder with all my backup and database files, but the program itself just shows a blank icon. Suggestions?

Am running on Mac OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6.

Thanks!

Open up Finder and goto Applications and make sure that the DVDpedia App is NOT there or if it is drag it to the Trash, now Redownload DVDpedia and install again http://www.bruji.com/dvdpedia/dvdpedia.dmg.

If all your database files are in the default location ~/Library/Application Support/DVDpedia then all should be good to go.

Cheers
