I don't even know if it is possible, but how about taking advantage of the iPod video's lovely colour screen and being able to export the cover art along with the library info - maybe be able to scroll through just the covers like when viewing photos.
If it is more simple, how about just being able to export all the covers into an album so they can be scrolled through?
I'm not a programmer so have no idea how it could/would be done, but it is a feature I would wet my pants over!

Thank you for the suggestion. Photo with text is not possible in the current iPod, but will look at exporting just the covers like a photo album.
