Arrow in Edit view

What is the arrow in the right bottom corner of the edit view? It is always shadowed and I don't know when it will get active, so I can't try it out what it does.

If a search returns more than one result, that little arrow will allow you pop out the drawer on the side of the add/edit window to see the rest of the results. (Most of the time the drawer comes out automatically.)

Thank you Nora, in my tests the drawer came always automatically, so it always stays shadowed.
