Upgrade price not showing up?

So I've finally given in and moved my DVDPedia to the new computer and downloaded/installed version 5. But I go to pay for the update and all I'm seeing is an invoice for $18. What am I doing wrong?

Are you changing the email address in the purchase? That's how the system checks that you're eligible for the upgrade discount. If you don't have access to that email address you originally used to purchase the program, send me a quick email letting me know your new address and I can update our system. You'll find our email on the Support page.
