Missing camera option for scanning barcode

Hi there, the following instructions eleswhere on this site (http://www.bruji.com/pocketpedia/#universal) only partially work for me on my iPhone

Scans Barcodes with your device's camera:

1. Click the Action button in your Library
2. Select Add
3. Click the camera icon next to the search field

At step 2 I get a choice of Add Book, Add Manually, and Sort – not a simple Add.

When I select Add Book (as that's what I want to do) I no longer have a camera icon showing along side the Search field. Instead I have a Cancel action there, regardless of selecting Albums, Books, Ganes, or Movies.

I want to scan in some barcodes to add some books. Where's the camera icon got to?

iPhone Xs, iOS 13.1.2, Pocketpedia 3.6.1 (fresh install), Bookpedia 6.0

Thank you for the detailed bug. It was a change in iOS 13.1, woking on an update to the missing button.
