Pocketpedia do not sync

Pocketpedia 3.6.2 in my iPad mini 4 IOS 13.3.1 do not sync whit Bookpedia, CDpedia and DVDpedia version 6.0.1
Whit my iPhone 5s IOS 12.4.5 everything works normally.
Is there a bug in version 6 or in IOS 13 ?
Can somebody help me ?
