Gamepedia: Date preference change requires restart

Pretty minor "bug" - if you can call it that - but if you change your preferred date format in the Preferences, it doesn't update until you restart Gamepedia.

Not a biggie, but it might be nice if it either updated the fields, or just had some sort of notification saying that it required a restart.

The date preference should be updated as soon as your not using the fields. For the edit window the moment you close it and for the table the moment you change collections. If there is a spot I forgot to change it without a restart please let me know.

Oh, I see. Yeah, it doesn't update in the columns unless you switch to a different collection and back. And soon as you do that, you're right, it does change to the new format.
